Makeup Geek Haul & DemoView

Here is my Haul ya'll!! I am so excited about makeup geek cosmetics, and I am allowing myself six more shadows to complete my palette. Before I purchase more, let me give you a run -down on the colors I purchased so far. First, let me just say I was extremely pleased with the fast and personal service (the packing slip came with a hand written note). Word on the net is that the owner Marlena, and her team plan to open a stand alone store in the future! Woot woot, count me in as a customer folks!

Makeup Geek shadows are Talc and Paraben free, and cost $5.99! Pigments are $6.99, all of which I purchased are highlight pigmented with little to no fall out and worth every hard earned penny!

*** All shadows/pigments were applied to the eye, on top of urban decay primer potion (anti-aging forumla)**

First up is CoCo Bear (Pictured to the left), which such a cute name I couldn't help but want to try this color (not to mention all of the rave reviews on YT).

Product Comparison:  MAC Saddle- When i apply saddle to my eyelid, the colors are similar but not exact dupes. I have seen on YT folks say it is an exact dupe to MAC Brown Script, however I do not have that shadow. Below is a comparison- the flash washes out the colors, however the Saddle still is a lighter color. Coco Bear is a true brick red color (Bottom Color- Saddle, Top Color- Coco Bear).

Below is another comparison in Pan (Left Coco bear and Right Saddle) here you can see the color difference.

Product Comparison: NYX Love in Paris- A La Mode color. After doing my video 79| Gun Metal Eyeshadow, I noticed these colors (Nyx and Moodust) have similar properties however Moondust has a duo-chrome texture, which can be seen in person.
Here is a in pan comparison, the color looks similar however are  very different when on the eye.

The third and final shadow color is  Creme Brulee (pronounced Krem- Bru-le). ::sigh::  if there is anything to know about me is  that I LOVE a good creme brulee dessert (let me know if you want my recipe). I love eating creme brulee in Paris, creme brulee paint, creme brulee hair products, anything named creme brulee, I have to have it!

To the left is a swatch comparison of Makeup Geek Liquid Gold to Sugar Pill Goldilux. Not only is the Makeup Geek pricing amazing for the quality but the color blows Sugar Pill out of the water. (Top- Sugar Pill Goldilux, Bottom Liquid Gold). Sugar pill is more shimmery and Makeup Geek Liquid Gold has a sheen but without the shimmer and glitters. I would definitely suggest using the foil method for the best results. Little to no fallout with this pigment, especially when the brush is wet. The only gripe is it needs a sifter, to which they are currently working on.
Here is a container comparison to the right
