Cover Girl Bombshell Volume by LashBlast Mascara DemoView

Lately I’ve noticed that as mascara formula gets older, I tend to like the mascara better. The Cover Girl bombshell volume mascara is the first time I have used a cover girl mascara, and I must say that I am pretty impressed. I used this mascara for three months and as time went on, this mascara grew on me.

This mascara is a two-in-one mascara, each side as a number to signify which to apply first. The side labeled “1” is the base coat of mascara. This side prepares the lashes for the big guns. Side 2, is the extreme volume boost side, and I found myself skipping side one and going straight to side 2.

Color: Very Black

Fragrance: There is interesting fragrance as I sniffed the actual product, however while apply the mascara I did not notice a smell.


 Product Claim: Mega volume and dark intensity in one mascara for an over the top bombshell look from Cover Girl.
Step 1 volumize - load on for unbelievably big volume
Step 2 - intensify - seal in with one coat for an intense, dark all day finish. Beautifully separated lashes. Removes with Cover Girl makeup remover.

Fall out: I typically wore this mascara for 9+ hours and I didn't notice any fall out or raccoon eyes.
Removal: I did have difficulty removing this mascara. I had to rub excessively.

Final Verdict: While I did enjoy this mascara, it wasn't stellar. It gave volume as promised but fell short in the length department. If the price was a little lower, I probably would re-purchase. All in all I give this puppy a 3 1/2 stars out of 5. For reference I LOVE the Benefit They're Real Mascara.
