Eco Custard VS Beautiful Textures Curl Pudding

First things first, anytime I see advertising jargon such as "Curl Defining"
I laugh. (smh) I clearly do not have a natural curl (without the assistance of a gel). However, a curl control, I could get with, as well as the term pudding/custard. I love a creamy custard/puddling like product as my hair just laps it up. Now that I have been  honest with myself , I decided these two products would work well in the battle as both claim to control and define

Ingredients Battle:

Eco Custard Moroccan Argan Oil :
Purified water , Fruit Oil , Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil (Argan) , Emulsifying Wax Nf , glycerin , VP , DMAPA Acrylates Copolymer , Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate , Polysorbate 80 , Dipropylene glycol , Polyquaternium-70 , Lanolin , carbomer , triethanolamine , Parfum , Tetrasodium Edta , d-limonene , Quaternium-15 , Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein , FD&C Yellow 5

Eco Custard: Fruity
BT Curl Pudding :Fruity

Final Thoughts: While the ECO custard won in a couple of categories,  the overall results were similar thus it was a TIE. Initially the BT Curl Control had more shine and sheen however that did not last more than a day. The next day the sheen went away and felt a little dry. The  ECO custard, didn't feel dry the next day however I feel it would be winner of this battle if paired with another product OR hair oil. I will continue to use the samples (as each was more than enough), but I don't think I will purchase full sizes of either.
